For your accountant

The only reason people stay on software they hate is that their CPA links with it.

This is the reverse. Five plain files in the column layout a practice's tools import, what can be defended stated per row, and a read-only link that needs no account. Nothing here is a filing; it is what a filing is prepared from.

The package

Everything they ask for, in the order they ask for it

  1. 1

    Every transaction

Category, entity, which return it lands on, Schedule C line, and whether a receipt is attached.

    Open a sample
  2. 2

    Schedule C worksheet

Parts I and II by line, for the entities that file one. Only those.

    Open a sample
  3. 3

    Mileage log

One row per trip with a substantiated yes or no. Pub. 463 needs the date, miles, destination and purpose; undefended miles never reach the deduction.

    Open a sample
  4. 4

    Entities and K-1 position

Per entity: the owner share, what carries SE tax, basis, and wages against distributions.

    Open a sample
  5. 5

    Contractors and 1099s

Every payee on line 11 with the year total, whether a 1099-NEC is due at the 2026 threshold of $2,000, and whether the W-9 is on file.

    Open a sample

Samples are exported from the demo workspace, January to September 2026. Names and figures in them are made up. Any date range exports the same way, so a prior year is one export. There is no general ledger or trial balance here, on purpose: Contha sits on top of the bank and hands over what the return is prepared from.

The link

A door, not a seat

No seat, no login, no invitation to chase
A link opens the package read-only. It copies to the clipboard when made, expires in 30, 45 or 90 days, turns off with one click, and shows when it was last opened.
The token is the whole credential
The reading side never touches a session or a master key. A database function checks the token is live and returns that household's rows; an unknown or dead token returns nothing.
Printable, so the PDF is the browser's
The page carries a print stylesheet: files and navigation hidden, sections kept whole. Save as PDF and it is the PDF.
Honest about the feeds
If a bank feed behind the figures is behind, the page says which and by how many days, in the same sentence the owner sees. A number from a dead feed should not arrive at a practice looking whole.

For practices

An MCP server, read-only, over the same figures

Nine tools an AI assistant can call: net worth, accounts, transactions, holdings, the Schedule C, the tax estimate, the four quarterly payments, any file of the year-end package as the same bytes the app exports, and the misfiled-business audit. It reads under the reader’s own row-level security and never a master key. No mainstream finance app has one that is live.
